About me

I am a qualified and registered psychotherapist based in West London. I am currently in my final year of a doctorate in Counselling Psychology and will be a qualified Counselling Psychologist upon completion. I have experience working in the NHS, charitable organisations and private companies.

I prize the importance of working collaboratively. I bring a mental health expertise and you bring the expertise of your life and experiences. Together we can work out what you need and how we can get there.

I work in a flexible way that meets your needs. I ensure the therapy room a safe space where you feel able to explore what you are finding difficult.

How I practice therapy

I take an integrative approach to therapy, where I can draw on different tools depending on what is most helpful and useful to you. My approach is humanistic, where I will view you as whole person who is seeking growth and is more than whatever issue is being brought to the room.

I focus on relationships and patterns of understandings developed in childhood, that may have stopped serving us in adulthood. I also work with thoughts and how our thoughts can affect our perceptions of the world. We can work together to change these patterns and reach your goals.

Therapy can be intimidating. If you’re unsure about what to expect from therapy or have further questions, please visit the guide to therapy page and the FAQ page. I have addressed some of the most common questions about therapy to help you make the right decision for your mental health.
